Domicile Properties was founded by Realtor® Patty Rogers. For more than 25 years, Patty has represented buyers and sellers in San Francisco and is known for her no-nonsense business style. Most important, Patty’s nose for blue-chip properties is renowned by other San Francisco realtors and her clients. Patty has never sold a property that has declined in value.

Patty knows how to make deals that work for her clients. That’s documented by her ongoing status as a top producer and demonstrated by the trust her clients place in her to bring home the best on their behalf. Virtually every client Patty has worked with over the last two decades has done multiple deals with Patty, a testament to her ability to understand what clients want, and to deliver on her promises.

What makes Patty, and Domicile Properties, different from other Realtors® and brokerages an absolute commitment to her clients. She knows how important it is to handle each client transaction as if it were her own. And since these turbulent times demand expertise, Patty has redoubled her efforts to provide superior, personalized service to clients who want to buy or sell real estate in San Francisco.

Julie Rogers is a true competitor—personally and professionally. She believes that she is only as good as her last transaction, which explains why her win/lose ratio contains very few losses and a long list of wins for her clients. And it is why she is a top producer after just half a decade in the business, leaving her competitors far behind.

Julie takes a decidedly athletic approach to each transaction. She prepares diligently, sizing up the competition and assessing which factors will make or break the deal. Her demonstrated expertise in property marketing is a huge advantage for sellers who want to achieve the highest sales price possible. For buyers, Julie’s ability to formulate just the right offer (without offering too much) is integral to her success.

It’s no surprise that Julie’s background is filled with athletic achievements and entrepreneurial success. Formerly the project director at San Francisco’s famous Olympic Club, Julie started and implemented the largest senior fitness program in the country. For several years, Julie also founded and ran a physical rehabilitation center that helped many professional athletes get back on their feet after injuries on the field.

Julie brings this same client-centered vision to her position at Domicile Properties. As a principal at Domicile, she is responsible for matching buyers to the right properties and helping them through the process of purchasing a home. For sellers, she is renowned for her ability to create the ultimate selling environment, from creating outstanding marketing materials to staging the property so that it shows in the very best light possible.

Never satisfied with less than the best, Julie is the right agent for clients who want to buy or sell a home—and win.

If ever there was a perfect fit between a dog and his job, Max Rogers has found it. As chief of protocol for Domicile Properties (and aide-de-camp to co-principals Julie Rogers and Patty Rogers), Max is responsible for shepherding all of Domicile’s transactions through to a successful conclusion. Although he rarely barks and speaks English only occasionally (and in private), he is remarkably persuasive to all who meet him.

Max utilizes a combination of dogged persistence and wily charm to soothe nerves and provide comic relief in the sometimes-stressful world of buying and selling residential real estate. As an Old English Sheepdog, Max believes it’s in his genes to manage people and events. He is the master of the “let’s do it this way” look, as well as the rather plaintive but effective “I don’t think you should do it that way” glare, which is only presented when absolutely necessary to achieve results.

Well-known for his height (5’ 10” on his hind legs) and ability to lick a frown off anybody’s face at 10 paces, his large personality and sweet demeanor have transformed many a tense situation into a Zen-like oasis of positive emotion. When blood pressures drop and smiles return to human faces, Max knows he’s done his job.
