She has gained an encyclopedic knowledge of the neighborhoods, blocks, and streets of our fair city. Her passion for seeing as many properties as humanly possible is still as strong today as it was when she became a Realtor in 1978. It’s her combination of passion and knowledge that has earned Patty the trust of her clients and the respect of her peers.
Patty believes in educating her clients about the market, about the pros and cons of properties, and about what it takes to close a deal. She is a shrewd negotiator and knows how to successfully orchestrate a deal when multiple offers are involved.

It’s no surprise that Julie’s background is filled with athletic achievements and entrepreneurial success. Formerly the project director at San Francisco’s famous Olympic Club, Julie started and implemented the largest senior fitness program in the country. For several years, Julie also founded and ran a physical rehabilitation center that helped many professional athletes get back on their feet after injuries on the field.
Julie brings this same client-centered vision to her position at Domicile Properties. As a principal at Domicile, she is responsible for matching buyers to the right properties and helping them through the process of purchasing a home. For sellers, she is renowned for her ability to create the ultimate selling environment, from creating outstanding marketing materials to staging the property so that it shows in the very best light possible.

As an educator, Shane began his career at the prestigious San Francisco Day School. As an entrepreneur, he built a premier event planning business, specializing in high-end society weddings and commitment ceremonies. And when Yahoo! beckoned, Shane heeded the call, and soon found himself managing a multi-million dollar book of business working with corporate executives taking advantage of Yahoo’s advertising products. At once technical and creative, Shane was adept at creating compelling value propositions that helped Yahoo! grow its business.
Through it all, there was an untapped passion. Shane found it at night, on the weekends, on his lunch breaks and anywhere else he could — that passion was in real estate. When he and his partner bought their first place together in 2004, Shane realized that real estate offered the perfect combination of strategy, hands-on entrepreneurship and plain old excitement. And upon meeting Patty and Julie (who sold his first place), he realized that he could no longer deliver excellent results without imbuing his work with that passion. And so a new path was forged and Shane joined Domicile Properties.
Shane brings to each client the patience and ability of an educator, the strength and drive of an entrepreneur, and the technical savvy and creative experience so necessary in this new generation of real estate.
For me, real estate is a passion. It's a great job, because I get to bring together people and property, two things that I love. From the moment I bought my first house, I fell in love with San Francisco real estate. There are so many options and opportunities. That's when I realized that I should make real estate my career.
Max Rogers
Principal and Chief of Protocol

max@domicileproperties.comIf ever there was a perfect fit between a dog and his job, Max Rogers has found it. As chief of protocol for Domicile Properties (and aide-de-camp to co-principals Julie Rogers and Patty Rogers), Max is responsible for shepherding all of Domicile’s transactions through to a successful conclusion. Although he rarely barks and speaks English only occasionally (and in private), he is remarkably persuasive to all who meet him.
Max utilizes a combination of dogged persistence and wily charm to soothe nerves and provide comic relief in the sometimes-stressful world of buying and selling residential real estate. As an Old English Sheepdog, Max believes it’s in his genes to manage people and events. He is the master of the “let’s do it this way” look, as well as the rather plaintive but effective “I don’t think you should do it that way” glare, which is only presented when absolutely necessary to achieve results.
Well-known for his height (5’ 10” on his hind legs) and ability to lick a frown off anybody’s face at 10 paces, his large personality and sweet demeanor have transformed many a tense situation into a Zen-like oasis of positive emotion. When blood pressures drop and smiles return to human faces, Max knows he’s done his job.
