  • Julie Rogers, Partner (415) 522-2222 x103 BRE#01358542

Julie Rogers is a true competitor—personally and professionally. She believes that she is only as good as her last transaction, which explains why her win/lose ratio contains very few losses and a long list of wins for her clients. And it is why she is a top producer after just half a decade in the business, leaving her competitors far behind. Julie takes a decidedly athletic approach to each transaction. She prepares diligently, sizing up the competition and assessing which factors will make or break the deal. Her demonstrated expertise in property marketing is a huge advantage for sellers who want to achieve the highest sales price possible. For buyers, Julie’s ability to formulate just the right offer (without offering too much) is integral to her success. It’s no surprise that Julie’s background is filled with athletic achievements and entrepreneurial success. Formerly the project director at San Francisco’s famous Olympic Club, Julie started and implemented the largest senior fitness program in the country. For several years, Julie also founded and ran a physical rehabilitation center that helped many professional athletes get back on their feet after injuries on the field. Julie brings this same client-centered vision to her position at Domicile Properties. As a principal at Domicile, she is responsible for matching buyers to the right properties and helping them through the process of purchasing a home. For sellers, she is renowned for her ability to create the ultimate selling environment, from creating outstanding marketing materials to staging the property so that it shows in the very best light possible. Never satisfied with less than the best, Julie is the right agent for clients who want to buy or sell a home—and win.
  • I believe that the only way you can have a successful career in real estate is to be extraordinarily honest, and committed to the best interests of your clients. That means telling the truth, even when it's not easy. Or working harder, because whatever it is needs TLC (even on a Saturday, or a holiday, or at 8 p.m.). My clients expect nothing less than the best — and I've built my career on delivering it. Top Agent Network
  • Shane Ray, Partner (415) 522.2222 x102 BRE# 01881111

Imagine a career where excellence is paired with passion, and you have just envisioned the career of Shane Ray. Throughout his business life Shane has brought a level of excellence to his endeavors that all who have worked with him recognize as exceptional. As an educator, Shane began his career as an teacher at the prestigious San Francisco Day School. As an entrepreneur, he built a premier event planning business, specializing in high-end society weddings and commitment ceremonies. And when Yahoo! beckoned, Shane heeded the call, and soon found himself managing a multi-million dollar book of business working with corporate executives taking advantage of Yahoo’s advertising products. At once technical and creative, Shane was adept at creating compelling value propositions that helped Yahoo! grow its business. Through it all, there was an untapped passion. Shane realized that real estate offered the perfect combination of strategy, hands-on entrepreneurship and plain old excitement. And he soon realized that he could no longer deliver excellent results without imbuing his work with that passion. And so a new path was forged and Shane joined Domicile Properties. Since that time he has helped hundreds of clients find or sell their home.  He is continuously ranked in the top .5% of agents in San Francisco and the top 1% nationwide.  Shane brings to each client the patience and ability of an educator, the strength and drive of an entrepreneur, and the technical savvy and creative experience so necessary in this new generation of real estate.
